Whats Covered & How to Claim

Whats covered?

The Plook Promise covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. That includes tarnishing or finish deterioration beyond normal wear, structural faults like loose fittings or breakages, and any manufacturing defects that affect how your piece looks or performs.

Whats not covered?

The Plook Promise doesn't cover general wear and tear from everyday use, damage from improper installation or misuse, scratches, dents, or marks from accidents, and natural patination on brass or copper finishes — that's not a fault, that's character.

How to make a claim

Step 1 — Drop us a message via our Contact Us page. Let us know what's happened and when you bought it.

Step 2 — We might ask for a photo or two, just so we can see what's going on.

Step 3 — We'll sort it. Whether that's a replacement, a fix, or a refund — we'll find the right solution with you.
