The Promotion

Plook Design ("we", "us", "our") is offering 50% off all products across plookdesign.com ("the Site") to celebrate the launch of our online store. This discount is applied via a promotional code at checkout.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to all customers shopping on the Site. There is no minimum spend requirement. The promotional code may be used on multiple orders by the same customer.

How to Redeem

To redeem the discount, enter the promotional code at checkout - Use F&F50. The 50% discount will be applied to the product subtotal before shipping. The code cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from the date of launch until 31st May 2026, unless ended earlier at our discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice — in particular, the promotion will end once cumulative promotional sales reach £5,000 (five thousand pounds), whichever occurs first.

Exclusions & Limitations

The discount applies to the product price only. Shipping costs are not included. The promotional code cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or voucher code. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where the promotional code has been misused or applied in error.

Returns & Refunds

Our standard returns policy applies to promotional orders. Any refund will be based on the amount actually paid (i.e. the discounted price), not the original full price.

General

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
