Delivery & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Mondays - Fridays. Once it's on its way, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK. We'll send you a tracking link so you can keep tabs on your goodies.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK delivery is £5. Spend over £30 and it's on us — because treating yourself should come with perks.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes — select express delivery at checkout for next working day delivery (order before 2pm). Express shipping is £9.
Do you deliver internationally?
We're currently shipping within the UK only, but we've got big plans. Watch this space.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? No drama.
We get it — sometimes things don't work out. You've got 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.
How do I return something?
Drop us a message via our Contact Us page and we'll walk you through it. We like to keep things simple.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the return postage is on you. If something arrives damaged or faulty, that's completely on us — we'll sort it out, no questions asked.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days. It can take a little longer to show up in your account depending on your bank, but we'll keep you posted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Get in touch with us within 48 hours and send a couple of photos so we can see what's happened. We'll make it right — that's a promise.

What payment methods do you accept?
All the usual suspects — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Whatever works for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast (it's part of the charm), so get in touch as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to sort it.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what's going on?
Check your spam or junk folder first (it happens to the best of us). If it's not there, drop us a line and we'll track it down.
Product Info
Do your handles come with fittings?
Yes — all our handles and knobs come with the screws and fixings you need. Cabinet fronts can be different thicknesses - we send out screws for 18mm fronts. If you need longer screws please let us know before we ship.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes full dimensions and hole centre measurements. If you're unsure, get in touch — we're happy to help you figure it out.
